The ABsolutely FABulous Challenge: Day 7

THE
ABsolutely FABulous
14 Day Challenge

14 days worth of Ab Workouts, Healthy Habits & Positive Thinking

DAY 7

Ab Challenge:  Obliques!
3 Sets of 20 on each side.
Please see Allison below:

Healthy Habit Challenge: Check your labels.  If there are more than 20 ingredients and you can't pronounce 1/2 of them put the item away.....Not all snack bars are good for you.  Some of them have too many ingredients that are pretty much just sugar.  WASTE of a snack.

Positive Thinking Challenge:  Eliminate the words no, don't and can't from your vocabulary for one day.  I did this yesterday and while I found it hard it was funny how many times I caught myself saying these words unnecessarily!  Example:  My husband asked if I could skip the gym to hang out with him on the couch and be lazy.  Saying yes felt kind of nice.....

So I've been on a roll with posting outfits this week.  Here is one that I was pretty excited about.  Just a plain dress where I added a thrifted button up and belt.  Belts are my cure to everything.  Oh and hot tubs.

  1. I loved your real life example of the "positive thinking" challenge... I am going to try it today - on our way from Prince George to wherever we can find a nice place for wild camping. I may have to say "not right now" to the bear who wants to have me for a snack...

  2. Nice challenges, especially with the positive thinking one! I actually don't know if I can do it...no wait, I CAN do it (eliminating the don't!)

    Sincerely,

  5. I could not agree more about the ingredients situation! I hate the list of ingredients that is soo long it takes up over 1/2 the box. YUK. Fruits and veggies please.

    Cute Outfit!! -Jen

  6. I wish I had half the motivation that you have to exercise! And I agree, granola bars can be pretty nasty when you actually read the nutrition facts! I can't stand a lot of them anymore because they're just so sugary. Also, yes, belts are miracle workers. I don't know what I'd do without them!
