Final Boot Camp Day: Rest & Relaxation.....
My cure to everything is 8 hours of sleep. I love sleep. I know this because I love to go to sleep and I hate getting up. So in those 8 restful hours something magical must be transpiring!
Honestly, today was a lay on the couch and just be lzy day. Best end to a full week of Boot Camp. Enjoy!
i agree, i think 8 hours of sleep cures most things, if not, how about 12? :) i need about 30 hours of sleep to get me out of the slump im in!

You are so inspiring! I feel like the 8 hours of sleep is the only thing on your blog that I can properly accomplish. :) However... I'm now motivated to find my get up and go!
ReplyDeleteHi Sarah! 8 hours a night does seem perfect. And, I add a little nap here and there in the week. Tired is no way to do life.
ReplyDeleteNow, I'm going to search through your posts for a yoga one!

ya I totally agree if I get less than 8 hours of sleep I get groggy the next day!
ReplyDeleteEight hours of sleep sounds heavenly, actually. I rarely get as many these days because of my horrible allergies. It's so sad. Sigh.
ReplyDeleteI love your pajamas. Hehe. :P

Natalie - I am OPPOSITE of you! I feel so uncoordinated in Zumba. It looks so much fun.....Did it a few time. Loved it, just looked like an idiot.

You are so cute! I'm a sleep lover too. =) In fact, this morning, I skipped my early morning run for a few extra minutes of shut-eye. But I'm sure I'll be regretting it in a few hours when I'm going for an evening run. I don't know about you, but I'd MUCH rather start my day with a run than end it with one!
ReplyDeleteI love that you are focused on getting eight hours of sleep. I thought I was the only one who cared enough to do that anymore. I would seriously DIE without my eight hours. How can people function on any less???

Tiffany - Sleep is the best thing since sliced bread. Haha! I am a morning person too. I love working out in the AM but sometimes push snooze too many times to get up and go before work. UGH!
ReplyDeleteBonnie - You are NOT alone. I am a SUPER DORK when it comes to beauty sleep. People who function on less than 7 amaze me.
